Diabetes Educator - Craig Community Health Centre Ashburton

Our Diabetes Educator is available Monday 9.00am - 3.00pm, Wednesday 9.00am - 5.00pm, and Friday 9.00am -5.00pm. One on One Diabetes Education is also available on a Thursday from our Yarra Health Services site in Richmond. Please telephone 9429 1811 to make an appointment.

We offer evening and day diabetes education programs five times a year.

This includes sessions with dietician, podiatrist, physiotherapist, psychologist, diabetes educator and also a supermarket tour. Fee $50 Concession Card Holder $30
