Emergency Visits$23.00 flat fee to be paid before receiving treatment General CareAdult Concession Card holders the minimum fee is $23.00 or the maximum treatment for a course of care is $92.00 Students (years 9 -12) who are Concession Card holders . FREE Pre-schoolers with Concession Card . FREE Pre-schoolers no Concession Card - $28.00 flat fee Dentures will require an additional charge What do we provide?
Early Childhood and Youth Dental ProgramTreatment is available to all preschool children - no charge if a holder of a current concession card otherwise $28.00 per course of care. Waiting list does not apply. Children in Yrs 9, 10, 11 and 12 or under 18 yrs of age and are holders of a current concession card receive treatment free of charge. Waiting list does not apply. SCHOOL DENTAL SERVICE Also co-located at the Craig Community Health Centre is the School Dental Service. It provides dental care from Prep through to Year 8 students from all schools. This service is offered once every two (2) years. Children with higher dental needs are seen once they are assessed by our dental staff. The service is FREE if you hold a current Concession Card. Non concession card holders pay a fee of $28.00 per child. Children in Yrs 7 and 8 who are not holders of a concession card are not eligible.
